Tree and Snow in Fog

We drove to the Grand Canyon in fall fully expecting the "Grand" view. Instead we were greeted by a very dense fog. It was eerie standing near the edge knowing what should be there, but seeing nothing but white. I watched a raven fly over and descend into the depths and disappear. I assume it knew where it was headed.
